We believe that our Puerto Vallarta Apartments are in the perfect location. We are close enough to the beach and the main section of town to be there in minutes, but far enough away to let you relax or sleep without loud music and horns keeping you awake. We have peaceful serene vistas of one of the most beautiful places on earth with the security and peace of mind that will allow you to relax and make yourself at home.

Facilities include : maid service, parking, a racket ball court, B-B-Q, swimming pool and a clothing optional tanning area on the roof.

Easy access to the beach or shopping :
You can catch the bus to the historic central section of Puerto Vallarta from the southwest corner of our Puerto Vallarta apartments. (It's the R-02 Ramblases bus -- if it also says ""Centro", that's the one that will take you straight to town and the one to catch on your way back -- 4 pesos each way).

*High season rates for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals (November 1st through April 31st) add 15%

• Monthly rates include maid service, water, Gas, Electricity, (Cable is additional)
• Renters staying for 8 to 13 days will receive a daily rate based on the weekly rate divided by 7 for each additional day.
• Renters staying for 14 to 30 days will pay no more than the monthly rate as a total.
• Rental contracts for 6 or more months require first, last and 1 month security deposit.
• Once we are able to verify availability, confirmation of your reservation will require a $100 credit card or paypal Deposit (non-refundable if you fail to show up), which will be used as a security deposit (refunded in cash after your stay).
